update: we booked another tru another device bc the rider wont cancel our trip and we called him saying he will cancel it later. What's baffling is our next rider accepted and was willing to accomodate us five and our luggages. @grabph what's with this inconsistency with drivers?

@grabph I want to report an issue. My family of five with one luggage each booked a Grab for 6-seaters, and this driver wanted to cancel our ride that was ordered with my dad's credit card because we are carrying too much but kasya naman kami along with our small luggage.

clearly they lack not only sympathy for employees by saying "it is what is it and here is the bare minimum options", they also being insensitive to our jeepney drivers and for what they stand for by recommending carpool / grab.

/sm supermalls solution to their employees struggle to report to work is to either report to the nearest mall from where they live, OR RIDE A CARPOOL // GRAB and report to the main office.
