@etiawneb Not fussed about any result in this tournament.
Results elsewhere though, and more importantly - performances, are worrying.
We have to allow time for a new team to gel, but if we don’t start seeing more signs of improvement soon then questions will have to be asked.
@RFCLatest As long as it’s not at the expense of another addition/squad member, then 100% yes. If/when we pick up injuries, he’d be a great back-up plan.
May not even make the bench most weeks, but that is the sign of a strong squad. Something we’ve not had for several years
@Reading106 Twitter does seem to attract a majority of negative opinions though. If you look at most other social media formats you’ll see a lot more positivity, patience and support for the playing and management team. Twitter just oozes trolls and negativity
@jonathan_lara Only 4 outfield players on Saturday were regulars in the starting 11 last season. It takes time for new players to gel, get used to the system, and understand what the manager wants from them.
BUT things really do need to improve quickly. No need for panic quite yet though
@fred_partington Is there any actual evidence that it’s our salary offer that is stopping players coming, or is everybody just assuming that’s the case?
We need to operate within a budget, and if you break that budget for one player….everybody else wants the same and the budget is gone.
Pleasure Beach Resort has just released this CGI video to show the mammoth scale of its new ride, Aviktas 😲
Set to open next year, the giant spinning pendulum ride swings 120 degrees and will seat 40 riders who face outwards with their legs dangling.
The 138ft gyro ride will be the ‘tallest of its kind’ in the UK.
Who’s up for it?!
@Jamie_Hodder21 @CScott____ @Reading106 Or D) you don’t get anybody because they’re all gone or you can’t afford them!
These are the decisions that have to be made…
