Triple Containment: complete

7th Sept: nearby path sinking, tried standing on it. sunk more. Told council, said we'd put a metal spike to warn people, said there was no cones, the lady paused and said "...it's uncontained?"

"yes."

@RobertJBye @claudeai please can we just have all our tokens across multi accounts pool into a single pool so we don't have to ridiculously swap accounts all the time

[Anthropic @AnthropicAI]

Claude has discovered a previously unknown enzyme system hidden in the DNA of bacteriophages. Beside the enzyme’s gene sits a long array of repeating DNA—a structure that looks somewhat similar to CRISPR.

We don’t yet understand what this system does, but only a handful of known systems share its features, and all of them are able to cut, copy, and paste DNA. Historically, the discovery of such programmable systems has helped revolutionize medicine. CRISPR, for instance, is now the foundation of genetic medicines. But it will take much more work to learn what this system does, and whether it can be put to similar use.

We're adding support for AGENTS.md to Claude Code.

Starting today in version 2.1.277, if there is no CLAUDE.md in a folder, Claude will check for and use AGENTS.md.

You can toggle this behavior in /config.

Exploring making PRs easier to understand for everyone by literally stamping before/after images on them

[Cris Dobbins @crisdobbins]

Hottest thing coming out of @soffi_dev right now is before and after images of UI changes on every PR.

@donkeyscience from our team has been building Soffi Vision for visual diffs of UI changes that can be viewed in the Soffi UI next to code changes, as well as commented on PRs with summaries of what changed.

Vibe proverbs 1) While it's tempting to lay things out, never underestimate the power of guided uncertainty

"...if that makes sense?" changes a ruling to guidance, which lets the agents explore
