@CrossCountryUK this is getting beyond a joke. 3/4 journeys this week and 2 of my seats were double booked and today reads ‘available’ even though I have a booking. Overcrowded, toilets disgusting without toilet paper… sort it out.

Lovely thing happened on my way home last night. Got a York Taxi and had a conversation about the Ukrainian collection at @YSJSU. The driver waved the fee and said use it to pay for volunteer refreshments. York, you are so kind. I owe the volunteers some biscuits today!
