I am addicted to thinking positively, being delusionally optimistic, and psyching myself into unfathomable unreal levels of confidence. Every time I do this I fall deeply, intensely in love with life. And it has worked out extremely well for me. I love everything about my life.
If you felt any kind of peak or golden era in your 20s it means you likely had a solid upbringing, psychologically stable parents etc and that’s mostly luck of the draw. Real childhood trauma mfers often have a challenging or lacklustre 20s, and usually don’t hit stride until 28+
Bro would've felt completely fine if his whoop didn't tell him how under optimized he was lol. Our ancestors would be clowning our generation so hard right now.
Dostoevsky was 28 when they stood him in front of a firing squad. Blindfolded. Hands tied. He could hear the rifles being loaded.
At the last second a messenger on horseback arrived. The Tsar had commuted the sentence. The entire execution was staged. Psychological torture designed to break him.
It worked. He had a seizure on the spot.
They sent him to a labour camp in Siberia. 4 years. Freezing. Starving. Sleeping on wooden planks next to murderers. His epilepsy got worse. He had no paper. No pen. Nothing.
When he got out he was broke. His first wife died. His brother died. He inherited his brothers debts. He was so desperate for money he signed a contract with a publisher that would have given away the rights to everything hed ever write if he missed the deadline.
He wrote The Gambler in 26 days to make it. Dictated it to a 20 year old stenographer named Anna. Married her three months later.
Then the real work started. Crime and Punishment. The Idiot. Demons. The Brothers Karamazov. The greatest novels in the history of the Russian language. Maybe any language.
The man who stood blindfolded before the firing squad, who convulsed on the ground while soldiers watched, who slept next to killers in Siberia for 4 years, who was buried in debt and grief.
That man wrote: "every minute can be an eternity of happiness."
He earned the right to say it.
its never over. never give up fren.
Once you understand the internal state of those who are consistently late to things you no longer feel anger towards them.
The idea that it's because they're being 'selfish' is one of those boomer clock slave beliefs – Embarrassingly poor theory of mind.
the meanest thing you do to yourself is pretend you dont want the things you want. shrink the desire before anyone can see it. call it unrealistic before someone else does. and then walk around with this low grade starvation you can’t name because you buried the appetite so deep even you forgot where you put it. wanting things is dangerous. I know. it opens you up to disappointment and to looking foolish and to reaching for something that might not reach back. want it anyway. the alternative is a life of pretending you’re full.
Food is expensive but you are still eating, gas keeps on rising but you have fuel in your tank, housing is getting unaffordable but you have a roof over your head, unemployment is high but you bring home a paycheck.
You aren't sustaining yourself, God is. Give thanks.
onlyfans is one of the worst things to happen to modern society and i don’t care how unpopular that take is
they built a platform that incentivized young women to sell themselves by dangling life changing money in front of them.
and every girl who made it big became a walking billboard for the next wave of 18 year olds who thought it was their ticket to freedom
it’s not empowerment it’s exploitation with a marketing budget.
the damage this has done to an entire generation of women and the way young men view relationships is something we won’t fully understand for another decade
and the owner sitting back collecting 20% of every single transaction isn’t a genius businessman.
he built a machine that profits off the commodification of women at scale.
that’s not innovation that’s a pimp with a payment processor
if you believe in the afterlife that man has a very uncomfortable conversation coming.
but sure keep putting him on magazine covers and calling him an entrepreneur
have a good day
Your life would be way more fun if you listened to your intuition and realized that God is synchronously guiding you along your own unique path of trials and tribulations and blessings btw
too many doomers on the TL today FOH
> did you forget about the heroic fucking mission?
> did you forget about the mentality of a killer?
> heart of a lion
> there are thousands of worse scenarios than death, it is an honour to die, chasing and doing what you love, dont ever forget that
In addition to being something that you can ACTIVELY do...
MANIFESTATION - is ALWAYS (at minimum) working passively in the background.
Even when you think you’re doing nothing.
Even when you believe you’re just “living your life.”
A part of you is arranging and re-arranging the pieces on the board. And it doesn't pause. Ever.
Take a look at your life:
- The people around you.
- The opportunities that appear.
- The conflicts that repeat.
- The strange patterns that seem to follow you from place to place, relationship to relationship.
None of that is random.
One of the primary functions of the subconscious mind is to organise and arrange... perception, behaviour, and decisions in a waymake the EXTERNAL WORLD match the INTERNAL PROGRAMMING.
They shape what you notice.
They influence what you tolerate.
They determine what you move toward and what you unconsciously sabotage.
You are constantly manifesting.
Not sometimes. CONSTANTLY.
Regardless of your level of awareness, you are passively MANIFESTING with every word, every thought, and every action.
So this being the case, you'd better learn to do it PROPERLY and ON PURPOSE.
You Need to Be More Intentional.
Stop Drifting Through an Accidental Life.
INTENTIONALLY DECIDE, CHOOSE, WHAT SPECIFICALLY YOU ARE BRINGING INTO YOUR LIFE.
Because whether you realise it or not
YOU ARE ALWAYS MANIFESTING.
closing out the month. simple reminder.
you have one life. one shot. no respawns. no save points. this isnt a drill and there is no practice round.
every day you spend not building the thing you want to build is a day you dont get back. and nobody is coming to save you. nobody is going to tap you on the shoulder and hand you the life you want.
you have to go get it. aggressively. relentlessly. with zero apology.
its all cringe until it fucking works.
lock in. march is coming. make it count.
