Most Kenyan corporate’s customer support is pathetic led by @SafaricomPLC. They will leave you a comment on this platform directing you to DM them details in this case I was directed to @Safaricom_Care for a Ziidi Trader issue where transaction just disappeared without refund and there I was left hanging with no response.

@Ziiditrader is the worst trading platform I have interacted with in matters customer support. Nirudishiwe pesa yangu ama niwekewe shares nimechoshwa na upuzi.
