@United_Africana 3 simple steps:
1. Zero cabs: eat whole protein meals (eggs, meat, yogurts), moderate portion, at most twice a day.
2 Treadmill incline walk - incline 10-15, speed 3-3.5, at least 20 minutes, at least 4 days a week.
3. Lift Weights, bench press, squats etc. Fats will melt!
@Human_Optimize@Ant_Philosophy If u wanna lose fats and get shredded as quickly as two months. Just follow these steps religiously:
1. Diet- prioritize 90% protein meals ( eggs, chicken, steak, yogurt ), smal portions.
2. treadmill at least 4x a week, incline it to 10-15 at speed of 3. You wil see magic.
@Bubbazlito95799@CitImmCanada Notice how the only ones making this kind of hate comments are the knuckleheads and ignoramus. Youโre obviously too dumb to know that the ones celebrating are the ones that need the permits not Canadians.
Today, weโre building a government that meets the moment. Canadians expect action โ and thatโs what this team will deliver. A smaller, experienced cabinet that moves faster, secures our economy, and protects Canadaโs future.
Today, the United States launched a trade war against Canada: their closest partner and ally โ their closest friend.
Canadians are reasonable, but we will not back down from a fight.
Not when our country is at stake.
As Canadians, we love our country. We are unwavering. We are resilient. When our backs are up against the wall, we will always stand for Canada and choose Canada.
We are a proud, sovereign, and independent country โ and we always will be.
Truthfully, Canada ๐จ๐ฆ is not an ideal place to migrate to at the momentโHigh unemployment rates, tightening immigration rules, high cost of living, rising anti-immigration sentiments etc. Consider other alternatives.
It is with utmost sadness with a heavy heart that I address the tragic and senseless murder of Honourable Justice Azuka, the representative of Onitsha North 1 Constituency in the Anambra State House of Assembly. His decomposing body was discovered at the 2nd Niger Bridge, marking a devastating loss for his family, constituents, Onitsha community and all of us.
Honourable Azuka was a dedicated public servant who tirelessly championed the interests of his people. His abduction on December 24, 2024, while returning home in Onitsha, and the subsequent discovery of his lifeless body, underscores the escalating insecurity that has plagued our society.
This heinous act is not just an attack on one individual but a brutal assault on all of us and the sanctity of human life. It is a stark reminder of the urgent need to address the pervasive insecurity that threatens the fabric of our nation.
To the family, Onitsha community, and constituents of Honourable Azuka, I extend my deepest condolences. No words can adequately convey the depth of our collective grief, but please know that we stand with you in this time of profound sorrow.
May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may we find the strength to forge a safer and more just Nigeria. -PO
I just had a good call with President Trump. Canada is implementing our $1.3 billion border plan โ reinforcing the border with new choppers, technology and personnel, enhanced coordination with our American partners, and increased resources to stop the flow of fentanyl.ย Nearly 10,000 frontline personnel are and will be working on protecting the border.
ย
In addition, Canada is making new commitments to appoint a Fentanyl Czar, we will list cartels as terrorists, ensure 24/7 eyes on the border, launch a Canada- U.S. Joint Strike Force to combat organized crime, fentanyl and money laundering. I have also signed a new intelligence directive on organized crime and fentanyl and we will be backing it with $200 million.
ย
Proposed tariffs will be paused for at least 30 days while we work together.
