@nadineshah Nadine, you bring us all light through these dark times, the bravery you show is inspiring. Please don't let the torch go out... the difference you make is immeasurable
You may have seen this remarkable man before, but this is the first time I've tried restoring his portrait: It is Conrad Heyer, the earliest-born (& verified) human ever to have been photographed. He was born 271 years ago (back in 1749) & photographed here when he was 103.

radio 2 had a 'dream expert' on and some guy phoned in and explained his dream about how the moon keeps getting bigger until it's more or less crushing him - the expert told him it was a sign of his 'horizons and mind expanding'
Eddie McGuire. A strip of credibility races in and out of Eddie's head as if we are trapped inside a human scale zoetrope that animates his thoughts. The books sweep round while Eddie stands resolute in his belief that orange books are the best books.
A private war rages to the right. Toby Young and John Sweeney trade blows but poor Toby is overmatched. Though his bookcase is strong there aren't many that can face down a bookcase with stairs. John probably has oompa loompas up there cleaning it. Devi Sridhar steers clear.
Overall I have largely failed, I think, to explain my climate change (and other causes of global ecosystem collapse) solution very well. I tried last night with the below thread but it is unsatisfactory.
Another attempt.

“...One group is for organ harvesting, another biological experimentation....CCP has run out money to maintain their vast concentration camps,”

Sorry to bang on about this. I’ve never thought of Boris Johnson as a real fascist, but choosing to have rigid, posed police as your backdrop while addressing the nation certainly has shades of fascism. #brexit
