@TheLagosianNG@Yoruba_Global@Oyo_Matters Muslims are fewer? Badagry is the only indigenous Christian dominated area. We have 20 lgas and you can only point out one… I can count 5 villages that didn’t even have anything traditional, all they have is Islam…mTherrs no community that doesn’t have central mosque
@Yoruba_Global@Oyo_Matters Are you a traditionalist or a Christian. Here in Lagos, we have Muslim majority amongst the indigenes. A lot of indigenes started converting to Christianity about few decades ago.. We only recognize our culture and Islam. Some villages don’t even have traditional cultures.
@yoruba_firstt1@AAyshato “According to Islam and Arabic language” Allah means God, the creator of heaven and earth. You can. Ow argue on that basis instead of limiting “God to Saudi” There was nothing like Saudi (as a country)during the reign of the prophets. Muslims didn’t say God is limited to Saudi
@yoruba_firstt1@AAyshato Atleast know what you want to criticise before criticising it. It’s normal to hate Islam and criticise it but I don’t think it makes sense if you create an imaginary Islam in your head and use that your imagination to generally criticise Islam. Learn
@Chude_ND1 I can’t count how many times they blocke roads abroad for carnival. Blame the govt for not communicating the road blocks. This is Lagos and it’s part of our tradition.
@yoruba_firstt1 @Chude_ND1@lucky_sinner1 This is how Lagos has always been during Eid prayer or traditional festivals like Odun ikeya. These happen everywhere in the world. The only problem is poor communication from the local governments. They block rds for carnival abroad too.
@100Nyra@Chude_ND1 I don’t understand o… They won’t teach us how to use our land sha. It’s not only Lagos that’s in the country. Stay in your state if you can’t stand people praying. We’d block the road for eid and traditional festivals.
@CHULLY1010 People are saying he could have bagged it, the crowd was too much and trust me there s no time for that. Some people’s own was bagged and it’s still being shared at this this time. ( 18:57) it’s also like a tradition most people don’t bag Ileya meat. I was there live.
