Karena pemberi kerja merasa load kerjanya ga banyak, transaksinya dikit, sedangkan Finance, Accounting dan Tax itu sudah seharusnya dipisah karena ketiga hal ini kalau ga dipisah bisa memunculkan conflict interest. Ujungnya potensi fraud atau kalau orangnya demotivate karena load kerjanya tinggi dan kerjanya sering switching potensi error

Kalau temen-temen terlanjur kerja di posisi ini dan mau pindah, trs mau mode tebar jala. Mending riset dulu, di luar di perusahaan yg transaksinya besar finance, accounting dan tax dipisah. Pelajari rolenya, cek sama pekerjaan sehari hari ada yang sama ga?

Contoh:
Finance (AP, AR, Treasury, Cashier)
Accounting (Cost accounting, budget control, accounting staff, dsb)

Paling ngga kalau temen temen udh setahun pegang posisi seram gini atau satu cycle performance, bisa breakdown CVnya jadi CV AP, AR, Treasury dsb. Lebih spesifik.

Ketika mau cari kerja lagi punya CV yang spesifik untuk lowongan kerja posisi yang lebih spesialis fokus ke satu sub fungsi FA. Temen temen jadi punya banyak opsi ‘tebar jala’.
