Errr no. He could have given evidence at court in trial when Higgins made her allergens. Lehrmann chose not to testify and explain it then. Now he’s trying it o. To sue for some $$$$
This was the moment Bruce Lehrmann had demanded – the chance to publicly explain his actions on the night Brittany Higgins claims he raped her. Yet if anyone was hoping for a clear explanation they would have been disappointed. Read on: https://t.co/NzpWCvjXa2
BL being shown evidence he lined up 3 drinks in front of Brittany Higgins and murmured, 'All hers, all hers.' Next clip she returns from the bathroom and he immediately hands her another drink. I feel ill #BruceLehrmann
Bruce Lehrmann under heavy heat by Dr Matt Collins SC - after BL claimed on Wednesday he did NOT buy Brittany Higgins a drink at the Doc Hotel on 22 March 2019, Collins SC stuns Lehrmann with a photograph from the hotel. BL immediately folds:
“I apologise I was wrong”
If your Aussie small cap manager doesn’t deliver you at least 13%pa net of their fees over the next 4 years, sack them.
It’s fish in a barrel stuff at the moment for those adept in this area.
Bruce Lehrmann admits telling three different stories about ‘innocuous evening’ but denies sexually assaulting Brittany Higgins https://t.co/tQ6M7vgCVa
Apparently telling 3 different stories as to why he'd gone there doesn't mean he was trying to deceive.
Bruce Lehrmann is at best, a very unreliable witness, who has an extremely poor memory. At worst…. Well, he’s lied to the police, allowed false information to be provided at court… bloody hell
Bruce Lehmann has told the court he didn’t check on Brittany Higgins when leaving P/House coz he says he “wasn’t even sure she was still there”
Lehmann also walked back claims he entered L Reynolds’ office to “drink whisky”, now says he Lied when reporting to the chief of staff.
@InsightEdge_@damienmartyn The facts show India choked. If they were a champion team, this match should have been a cakewalk. Even at the toss, Sharma said he would have chosen to bat anyway. Instead India choked, while the Aussies timed their run well and peaked at the perfect time.
@JDWilson08@stephendziedzic You mean you would have smashed the ball into some poor kid at silly mid on? That would have made for some interesting news, rivalling Morrison knocking over a kid while playing soccer.
@LiahmO_Writing Guts? Yes. Maturity? No. This was a slugfest with very little defence from either fighter. Tszyu will struggle against quality opponents.
@michaelfrazis It seems very unethical to be doing these tests on animals, especially when you could easily find a long line of human volunteers to drink as much alcohol as possible in four hours.
@RogerWilkins_au@DaveTaylorNews I just renewed my insurance at 20% more than I paid last year. Shopped around and it was all roughly the same. If inflation 'slows' to just half that, it's still a pretty shocking result.
@attributionbias @MayneReport So what was wrong with what she said? She talked about a range of factors including risk management etc which is important so you don’t end up like Credit Suisse.
It is rather bizarre. They had home ground advantage, won four tosses in a row, undeniably had the best of the batting conditions for the first three tests and only managed to scrape one win in the third test with 3 wickets remaining after Australia lost Lyon to injury.
This tweet sums the #Ashes thus far.
I’ve never witnessed a Test series where a team claims moral victories as actual victories and then blames morality and weather while constantly and confidently saying they are the better team… it’s a bit farcical now… and embarrassing for that team and their leadership.
@Tipsterrr When it stops raining, it'll take up to an hour and a half for it to drain and for the ground staff to mop up before a ball can be bowled. So any gaps in rain of less than 2 hours is likely to be not helpful.
