I was asked to pay and was put on a later flight. What’s astounding is that I wasn’t the only one. There were many others with valid boarding passes who were denied entry. People, who all had to pay more to travel.

There was utter chaos going on there and nobody assisted me while I ran about looking for a resolve. When I finally managed to get it, @IndiGo6E refused to put me on the flight claiming that the doors are closed. Repeated pleas did not help either.
