As cool as this page looks I bet it doesnt appear in an actual chapter, its just a cool looking effect that he used to cover the actual pages of the manga, if it was gonna be in the manga it would be on a page that has "Hunter x Hunter" on the bottom like the others.

@Changed9888 @Elfshiw17 I feel like we are probably gonna get another year or half year hiatus to let togashi finish off more chapters, otherwise going straight into the next batch before it's finished could lead to Togashi having to suddenly stop midway of the batch due to health issues.
