@KPMemberService Really, she has no business being employed by Kaiser. I know your vetting process is VERY stringent, you only hire the best of the best. She has a 1 star out of 5 while working at Kaiser, there's your reason right there! She has only receive ONE 5 star rating with "Healthgrades" and that was when she was with St. Vincent Medical Center, not Kaiser. Do better!
