A few thoughts đ§”
Thanks @raymmar@Franciscocrz@MannyBernabe for building this!!
So yes, this is my very unpaid, very honest love letter to Replit.
Not sponsored.
Just a power user who genuinely loves the product and the builder culture around it.
Because the truth is, AI has changed the barrier to entry.
You no longer need to wait until you feel ready.
You can start building now.
And being around other people who are also figuring it out makes the entire process 10x less intimidating.
That community energy is part of what pushed me to build SheVibesAI.
I kept thinking:
More women need rooms like this.
Rooms where people are learning, building, asking questions, shipping, and not feeling embarrassed because theyâre ânot technical enoughâ yet.
The other tool I trust deeply is Claude Code / Claude.
But that deserves its own thread because I have a lot to say there lol.
Replit + Claude has been one of the most powerful building combos Iâve used.
What I love most about Replit though is not just the product.
Itâs the community.
The builders.
The indie hackers.
The people shipping weird ideas at 2am.
The beginners asking questions.
The advanced builders still experimenting.
It actually feels amazing m!
Iâve been building software since before AI made everyone feel like they could ship an app in a weekend.
And honestly?
Replit is still one of the only vibe coding platforms I truly trust as a building partner.
Not just as a tool.
As an actual collaborator.
So this is my open call:
If youâre building with AI, I want to hear your story.
Idea stage.Prototype stage.First customer.First $10K.First $1M.Still figuring it out.Already winning but not done yet.
Reply with what youâre building or DM me.
Letâs tell the story from scratch.
Iïżœïżœïżœm launching From Scratch.
A livestream show about people building with AI from zero.
The ones with an idea and no roadmap.
The ones with a broken demo and 3 users.
The ones who made their first $100 online and still remember exactly how it felt.
The ones who went from nothing to millions in revenue and still feel like theyâre only getting started.
Because âfrom scratchâ doesnât mean small.
It means you remember what it took to build from zero.
I donât want the cleaned-up founder story.
I want the real one.
What did you build first?
What almost made you quit?
What finally worked?
What changed everything?
AI is creating a new wave of builders with no permission, no perfect plan, and no traditional gatekeepers.
Just a laptop, taste, curiosity, and enough delusion to keep shipping.
Thatâs what I want to document.
So if youâre building with AI idea stage, first prototype, first customer, first $10K, first $1M, or still figuring it out I want to interview you.
Reply with what youâre building or DM me.
Letâs tell the story from scratch.
So hereâs my open invite:
If youâre building something with AI, I want to hear your story.
Tiny idea or real revenue.
Broken demo or million-dollar business.
First customer or next chapter.
Reply with what youâre building or DM me.
Letâs tell the story from scratch.
And âfrom scratchâ is not about being small.
Itâs about the origin story.
Itâs about what you did when you had nothing.
No audience.
No capital.
No clear roadmap.
Just an idea that would not leave you alone.
Because AI has changed who gets to build.
You donât always need a huge team anymore.
You donât always need funding to start.
You donât always need permission from the old gatekeepers.
More people can turn ideas into real products faster than ever.
That shift deserves to be documented.
I want to talk to the builders in every chapter.
The person with the first idea.
The person building after work.
The person who just got their first user.
The person who made their first dollar online.
The founder doing real revenue but still feels early.
The ones building before the world catches up.
The best founder stories usually get rewritten after success.
The doubt disappears.
The ugly first version disappears.
The months of nobody caring disappear.
The âI almost quitâ moments disappear.
But thatâs usually the most useful part.
Thatâs the part From Scratch is built for.
Today is my birthday.
For 2 years, I kept wishing there was a room for women learning AI that didnât feel intimidating, lonely, or dead after week two.
So I built it.
22 women joined before launch.
SheVibesAI is open now đ€

I joined a Buildathon this weekend hosted by one of the biggest vibe coding streamer on YouTube, @tommyyipxyz
We had 3 tracks.
I chose the one that sounded the most fun:
Shipagotchi.
A Tamagotchi for builders that connects to your GitHub and grows every time you ship.
Code is food.
Commits are exercise.
Neglect makes it sad.
Tiny idea.
But building it taught me a lot about what makes products addictive.
