@Ad_Recruiter It’s an interesting point. Job security is always a factor but I do think it’s in an unstable mode and much worse. So you are saying B level talent are disappointing execs who pine for the days of the A level talent market?
@rishad And the coincidence of WFH’s distance from ‘knowledge by osmosis’ with ‘experienced’ colleagues will add to the talent dither. What does that leave us? Frustrated leaders/mentors with nothing to critique…? Or no one who can render a perspective based on historical knowledge?
