The gender pensions gap means women effectively go 4.5 months of the year without a pension.

That means the average woman effectively stops receiving their pension today - compared to the average man.

Ministers must set out a plan for closing the gap including:

✅ Auto pension enrolment for lower paid jobs
✅ Fix staffing crisis in social & child care
✅ Universal, flexible, high quality childcare
✅ Extra state contributions for unpaid carers

Far too many women are consigned to poverty in retirement.

@lufthansa cancelled my flight from Frankfurt to Stuttgart. There were no staff on the ground to help and their chat bot could only offer me a train the following day. Refusing to refund the cost of the cancelled flight because it was due to airspace restrictions. Surely not?

My 14 yo daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumour last year. Recently she was donated 2 tickets to see @taylorswift13 in Liverpool on the 14th June.
Sadly event organisers have withdrawn the tickets and obviously this has made her very upset.
