@UPS I’d like to give a shout out to Mohammed Haq, the driver who delivers in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. Mohammed’s incredible care for his customers extends far beyond the job requirements. He delivers with care and efficiency and knows nearly everyone in the area.

@FedEx despite numerous requests, your seattle drivers consistently leave packages in unsecured locations. Building with a call box but drivers drop and run rather than calling. @UPS is 1000% better. Dropping some vendors because they ship with you.
And now @CenturyLink social media reps offer to help and then drop the ball. Like customer service who repeatedly schedules technicians, makes us clear the entire day to meet them, and then cancels or sends the wrong technician. Your company is SO disorganized and unresponsive.
@CenturyLink has the worst service record of any telecom company. We've had alarms ringing at 3 am for 2 weeks and they cancel the service call every damned day. Good thing the building isn't burning down but I miss sleep.

@CenturyLink was scheduled between 8 am and noon. No show, no call. We called them three times. Twice they hung up on us. The third time after more than 40 minutes on the phone she said they would be here by 8 tonight. Think we should cancel our event plan to stay home and wait?

@CenturyLink Crystal, the alarm continues going off at 3 am. Tech sent today cannot work on our equipment. Unbelievable that no figured that out in advance! We spent 20 min on the phone to no avail. Still losing sleep.
