Here are the key conditions of the program (announced by Erdogan on April 24, 2026):
•You must not have been a Turkish tax resident in the prior 3 years.
•Relocate and establish residency in Turkey.
•Foreign-source income and capital gains: completely tax-free in Turkey for 20 years.
•Only income generated inside Turkey is taxable.
•Bonus: flat 1% inheritance and gift tax for qualifying individuals.
