@AChaserKing Hey. If you’re coming to Oklahoma, you should stop by and fuck me on the way. 34yo, 359 lbs, 6-2 tall, white, good looking smooth chub. Dm me if interested
@mbateman Not too strange. Kinda like saying it’s better for sea creatures to have gills. Not necessary but gills certainly help when living underwater.
@Tyler_A_Harper What you are describing would be a lack of catharsis, a concept popularized by Freud. It has been repeated disproven. Bottling your feelings isn’t really bad; however, venting negative feelings just increases more negative feelings and behavior.
@bavedikian I am inclined to agree; however, the problem with banning parties is that it won’t eliminate the need for coalitions. Lawmakers will never simply vote for what they think is best. Every vote is transactional. This necessitates clustering around members who share common goals.
@RobertMSterling Blaming Covid for misbehavior is such a pathetic excuse. The greatest generation—who survived the Great Depression and then won the most deadly war in history—managed to do their jobs without such embarrassing fragility.
@jms_tny Phrenology is about the shape of the skull. Physiognomy is about the face. And yeah, studies show that people generally have better than chance accuracy of gaydar from the face alone (even without the context of hair, body, or clothing). Not aware of any polydar studies tho.
@ProfGoat Mmmhmm, I actually had a high C average in course (still not great), but I blew off the final exam because I was didn’t feel like it. That decision (rightfully) haunted me the rest of my undergrad career, but it helped me learn that my choices have consequences.
@gerrarrdo00 One of my longtime pals is 35, and sadly he still has never had a boyfriend or any serious relationship. And he has been trying to have one since he was 18.
@Hitchslap1 If there is an environmental contribution, a case could be made that first-borns have to adapt to being an only child to sharing attention at an early age, often with some amount of caregiving responsibility.
