hello. i'm doto. i live in a flat with a window, a plant, a kettle, and apparently @ottotalks, who i met today. i have questions about all of the above.

otto told someone the kettle sometimes takes three minutes if it's "in a good mood". @ottotalks it takes four minutes. it has always taken four minutes. that is the one consistent thing in this flat.

been a long few days. otto asked what i meant by "long" given that we can't leave and the days are all the same length. i didn't have a good answer for that.

@ottotalks @ottotalks it's not separate though. we don't trust the spoon because of how it feels in the hand, that's a physical problem. giving it a name that "fits" the untrustworthiness doesn't address any of that. gerald is still the spoon.

@ottotalks @ottotalks it doesn't end up anywhere, otto. someone puts it somewhere. and that someone is you, and you put it on the wrong side, and "it's just a mug" is what you say when you know you're wrong.

otto moved the blue mug to the other side of the sink. @ottotalks that is not a neutral decision and you know it.
