What qualifies as severity?
The flight scheduled for 5th Dec at 10:25 PM actually departed on 6th Dec at 7:00 AM, a delay of 8 hours and 35 minutes. Yet IndiGo still considers this not a severe issue.

CRED shows the payment as pending, while SBI Bank confirms that the payment I made in January has already been received. I installed CRED to track my cards, but unfortunately, no one from CRED is responding. It may be better to uninstall the app.
