@BestBuySupport Would you be able to provide a refund or a return for the game? We've tried all the troubleshooting steps given by Nintendo and EA to no avail - we think the copy we received may be defective.
@EAHelp@NintendoAmerica@BestBuySupport Hi -- I bought It Takes Two from Best Buy but we have had ongoing issues that we absolutely CANNOT resolve when we try to do "play online". It is apparently a known issue, where we keep repeatedly getting that there is a change in my
We'd obviously love to keep and play the game if possible, but it is not looking like any fix works. My EA account is [email protected] and Nintendo account with the same email, with the user "anna". We bought this from Best Buy online store pickup through [email protected].
We've tried to debug this tonight again and again. Best Buy apparently does not refund for opened games, which is insane considering this game absolutely does not work to no fault of our own. We'd obviously not know it was defect until we opened up.
Again, we have tried EVERYTHING. The game is unplayable & a defect item. We can bring it into the store for you to see the errors yourself too. Is there any way we can get a refund (Best Buy), or could you (EA, Nintendo) somehow fix this?
account settings and to please connect again now. We have tried EVERY fix we can find on the internet, including clearing the switch cache, checking internet connection, connecting to new internet, even creating new EA and Nintendo accounts, etc. We keep getting this same error.

Trans women belong in ESL Impact.
The point of ESL Impact is to provide a place for competition to women where they won't be constantly challenged and criticized purely on the basis of their gender. The barriers to competition are not biological. They're societal and situational. The barrier is the fact that any young girl trying to play CS is going to encounter such a barrage of hate and misery simply for the sound of their voice that the vast majority will turn away from the game instead of enduring. The barrier is that in order to get a shot in a competitive team in ECL, Advanced, Main, really any level of serious competition a woman will need to go above and beyond what would be asked of their peers to overcome bias.
These biases and barriers exist for trans women just the same as they do for cis women. Our scene is stronger and more vibrant the more representation and opportunity we have. Let's keep building on that.
