But sure, playing a game is still safe

[Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter]

A weekend event for Pittsburgh Steelers fans in Paris has been canceled because of security concerns following recent street protests in the French capital.

@mobanks10 Agreed, good point and well said

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

Agreed, i’d be ok trading matas if he doesn’t take the next step this season but i’m worried he goes somewhere else like lauri and dominates

[Morris Bankston @mobanks10]

There is a lot of Bulls roster construction work to be done by Bryson Graham.

There really should be no keepers on this roster besides Caleb.

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

If Josh Jacobs is innocent then he should have zero issue putting out the tape, yet he isn’t doing that, he doesn’t want it to be seen, he is hiding something he doesn’t want the public to see

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

@ChicagoVOID Gotcha, thank you for the information 😊

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

I would be too, but the guy has to be on a rookie deal because they can’t afford to take on jeffery simmons contract most likely

[VOID @ChicagoVOID]

with the dire need for a CB & DT, & a projected potential $100M+ in cap space, I’m perfectly okay with the Bears ensuring that a first round pick secures a proven playmaker at one of those positions, as they’re 2 of the most difficult to ensure production from a rookie at.

I can’t stomach paying a player his first huge payday, & giving up 2 1st round picks to do so, though.

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

@ChicagoVOID We are gonna need him vs Seattle, caleb is gonna need the run game in that environment

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

@ChicagoVOID That I agree with, didn’t think about them restructuring his deal, but i’m not giving up two firsts for anybody. One is fine

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

Lol, the 2nd game he started was a rain soaked field which made it super hard to throw it downfield, last Sunday the game-plan for him was to not give up the deep ball so he took the short and intermediate throws given to him, this doesn’t mean anything.

[Danny Dortona @ddortona8]

Caleb Williams is averaging 3.5 seconds to throw this season.

That is the longest in the NFL.

But his average depth of target is only 5.9 yards.

What does that mean?!?!

Well I’ll tell you

He’s holding the ball longer without consistently pushing it downfield.

The Patriots pass rush NEEDS to take advantage of that tomorrow night!

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

Lmao, writers just spew out nonsense so much these days just for clicks

[Punchoutpitch @Punchoutpitch]

Bill Plaschke says the Dodgers need to seriously consider trading Shohei Ohtani if he continues to insist on pitching

“This past season offered unassailable proof that Shohei Ohtani can no longer serve as both a full-time hitter and full-time pitcher. The Dodgers have no choice but to act on this truth and make a decision that is not only best for this team, but the long-term future of the organization. They need to pull him off the pitching mound permanently. And if he insists on continuing this detrimental charade, they need to seriously consider trading him.”

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

The patriots will definitely send more guys and test it, just gotta make sure you get guys open quick enough to counter act it

[Nate @BallCoach_Nate]

Pretty insane defensive gameplan by Jeff Ulbrich and the Falcons.

Caleb’s first game back after the injury and on the first 38 drop backs, Ulbrich brought a 4 man pressure 33 times.

This resulted in 26 completions (78.7%)

Just figure you’d want to get him moving in that leg and get him uncomfortable. Pass rush wasn’t getting there with 4

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

With Caleb that comes out to a 72.7% efficiency rate, that is good enough for 6th in the NFL

[Taylor Doll @TayDoll1010xl]

When Caleb has played they are 8/11

The time they did not score:
Swift fumble on 1
Caleb injury
Roschon slide (kneel)

Without Caleb:
5/16

[Underdog NBA @UnderdogNBA]

Worst plus-minus in a debut in NBA history:

Caleb Wilson: -45 (tonight)
Jalen Green: -37 (2021)
Amen Thompson: -34 (2023)

Raptors beat the Bulls by 43.

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

Tonight will be what could be a meeting of the next superstars at QB in the NFL, if they aren’t already because they pretty much are. This is gonna be a ton of fun, I expect a very close game

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

I really do not understand why Josh Jacobs is being allowed to play but at this point, I already knew the NFL was bad but this honestly is a new low for them between this and the jaylen hurts situation. This truly is appalling by them

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

It’s gonna get way worse when the new stadium is built, and it’s gonna get worse anyway unfortunately, that’s why I only go to preseason games if I go, just zero point in spending that kind of money for 1 game, rather spend it on something more worthwhile

[RASTA AK @RastaAK47]

Damn, I remember when Bears home ticket games used to be a 100 bucks. I used to go too a ton of games back in 2018-2021. Now, you lookin at 400 bucks to 1,000 dollars. I mean, am I the only one that thinks they're expensive? I know it's because the Bears r winning. But DAMN!

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

He decided to draft darnell wright who is literally gonna be an all pro this year and one can argue is the best right tackle in the NFL, so yea, he didn’t make a mistake

[MLFootball @MLFootball]

🚨🚨WILD FOOTAGE🚨🚨

#Bears GM Ryan Poles passing on drafting Jalen Carter in 2023 trading the 9th overall pick to the #Eagles for the 10th pick and an extra 4th-rounder.

Carter, 25, is already an All-Pro and one of the best defensive players in the NFL.

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

Bears colts super bowl, besides that, every time one of my teams has made the finals of any sport they have won.

Cubs and blackhawks, never lost when they made it to the championship.

[HAWK @HawkEmDownChris]

You can change the outcome of one game in sports history. Which game are you changing?

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

Wilt was the better player, he was stronger, more weight, more athletic, and had way more moves, he could block kareem’s sky hook even at the end of his career, imagine him in his prime. He also had a better jumper than kareem and more moves

[Vinny’s Corner @VinnysCorner1]

Folks often debate the NBA greats…

Kareem Abdul Jabbar had the unstoppable Sky-hook. Wilt the stilt brought a level of athleticism never seen in sports at that time.. Both are in the convo for the GOAT NBA Center.

But you can only choose one…

[Josh Sklare @doublej1334]

Ur a father, be a man and change a diaper

[Hoop Central @TheHoopCentral]

Ernie Johnson: “So are you a diaper changer, man?”

LaMelo Ball: “Nah, my girl do all that…I definitely did it before it’s just not my job you know what I’m saying?”

🤣🤣🤣🤣. (h/t @SnapshotKyle)
