@lyndonbajohnson seems to me Cornyn v Hegar is a decent comp to Cruz v Allred in terms of strength of incumbent, especially w/o abortion on ballot, where is Allred going to find that 1M votes Hegar came up short on when all Allred will win are the urban (>250K) counties? u kno RGV won't help
