The team at @LongevityEVF are doing a very cool study here. The survival curves briefly visible in this video piqued my interest so I looked them up…and they’re pretty interesting! (see next tweet) https://t.co/fvaO7rBaNp
We're still buzzing with excitement at the turnout we had at #LongevitySummitDublin 2023! Thank you to everyone who participated. We hope you had as much fun as we did 🫶🙌
Next up: @DougEthell, explaining how drainage of cerebrospinal fluid (ie the liquid in your brain) is a crucial way to dispose of the proteins that accumulate in Alzheimer’s disease.
Pleased to be speaking at the 2nd LEV conference in Dublin! I’ll be discussing how disruptions in the brain’s detritus removal system seed Alzheimer’s pathology and brain aging.
I had a great time talking with Ira Pastor about my journey from research on spinal cord regeneration to treating Alzheimer's disease with a tiny implantable device. Available on all podcast platforms:

@GeneralClark My question is: Once Crimea and Donbas are retaken, do you think Ukraine will enter a mutual defense pact with Moldova to remove Russian-backed separatists that threaten it’s democracy and nearby Odessa. One could envision a Slavic pact quickly expanding to Romania 3/3
@GeneralClark Putin’s rage at rejection is akin to an abusive partner lashing out. Ukraine’s resolve is shattering Putin’s dream of becoming a new Peter-the-great ruling an empire from the Baltic to Mediterranean Seas. For this to end, Vlad-the-not-so-great must be pushed back to Russia. 2/3
@GeneralClark Russia’s abusive relationship with Ukraine has included mandated starvation of its population under Stalin and using Ukrainians as troops as cannon fodder in WW II.
Now the Ukrainians have had enough and they are breaking up with Russia for good. 1/3
