@jimgeraghty It wasn't a real threat to begin with. Al-Qaeda never posed an existential threat and neither did ISIS. Both were byproducts of the vacuum left by ravaged wars in Syria/Iraq and Afghanistan created by the USSR and the US. Keep up.
