How to transform your life and become a better man than you were yesterday
1. EARN - focus on making money. Majority of your time should be spent on ideas that can make you money and utilizing them
2. LIFT - improve your physique and overall health by working out. An improved physique equals boosted confidence and increased T levels
3. EAT HEALTHY - your health is a direct result of what you consume. Consume more healthy foods than junk foods. Health is wealth
4. AVOID MODERN VICES - modern society paints destructive habits as colourful to get you hooked e.g clubbing, porn, video games, social media. It's best to totally avoid some of these things or if you partake it should be in moderation, because it kills your drive
5. AVOID MAINSTREAM MEDIA - much of what is pushed by mainstream media is meant to keep you in a state of panic, anxiety & depression
6. READ - you need to be a wide reader, be it on the internet or actual books. Research on everything mainstream media tells you. Don't just scroll aimlessly on social media, the internet is a limitless library
7. LEARN SKILLS - the world rewards skills, so make sure you're learning new skills that apply in today's world
8. SOCIALISE - socialize in real life, meet up with others, connect with new people, appraoch women, get a mentor(s) have a positive social circle and life
9. SLEEP - yes a good night sleep is very important for your physical & mental health. Avoid destructive behaviors that steal your sleep. 7-8 hours of sleep will do you so much good
10. NATURE - get in touch with nature. Go outside and feel the ordinary sun, listen to birds singing, go to the ponds, lakes, dams, chill in the parks, climb mountains, see wild animals. It will do your mind a lot good
