The @ITU has released its 2025 Facts and Figures report, which reflects that nearly 6 billion people—about three-quarters of the world’s population—are now using the Internet.
These numbers remind us of how far we’ve come and how far we still have to go. But until everyone has access to the Internet, our work will continue.

Most men aren’t weak - they’re just misdiagnosed.
Three types of anxiety in men:
1. Cerebral Anxiety – Overthinking, perfectionism, fear of failure.
Cause: No clarity, no direction.
Cure: Ruthless focus. Set targets. Kill distractions. Think less, act more.
2. Gastral Anxiety – Gut tension, nausea, appetite loss.
Cause: Internal war between what you're doing vs. what you should be doing.
Cure: Align actions with purpose. Fix your diet, detox your environment. Your gut is your second brain....treat it like one.
3. Scrotal Anxiety – Lack of testosterone, fear of confrontation, feeling emasculated.
Cause: Living soft. No discipline. Porn, junk food, fake validation.
Cure: Train. Fight. Win. Cut off dopamine abuse. Choose suffering in the gym, not in your mind.
Blueprint:
Wake up early.
Hit the iron daily.
Meditate in silence.
Write your mission every morning.
Cut out porn, sugar, and toxic people.
Talk to God before anyone else.
You’re not broken. You’re just undisciplined.
Heal through structure. Grow through struggle.
Anxiety doesn’t leave - you dominate it.
