@dontforgetchaos Tears and fury here since I was told I had T2 in Feb. Sobbing in Sainsbury's, angry in M&S, desolate in Greggs - but by August, I'd lost nearly 3 stone, HbA1c was down from 74 to 39, and now half dose metformin. It's such a tough journey 😪

@dontforgetchaos I started taking them in March - and couldn't leave the house for 48 hours. I've never known anything like it. I asked for the modified release version which are much gentler. Diet changed, 2.5 stone lost and just awaiting my latest HbA1c. Have a great holiday!
