i'm seyi, a product & design engineer.
most ai content for founders is hype or 100 prompts you'll never use.
i share real business problems solved with ai, with receipts: what it cost, how long it took, what it can't do.
no hype. just the build. follow along.
before you open any ai tool this week, message 3 customers and ask what's annoying about buying from you.
the answers are usually small and boring. a form that asks for too much, a reply that takes 2 days.
that's normally the stuff worth fixing first.
@fivosaresti 79 skills is a lot. how do you keep them from drifting out of date when a client changes their offer or voice? feels like the part that would get messy fast
@EXM7777 kind of funny that people with years of messy notes are suddenly ahead. do you find it works better feeding the raw notes in or cleaning them up into sops first?
@matthias_mrc and building always feels more productive. adding another feature is so much easier than telling people about the one you already shipped.
@BenjieMalinao the list of phrases you'd never say is such a good idea. do you add to it every time a draft sounds off or did you write it all upfront?
@marclou 10 days is wild. guessing the datafast crowd did a lot of the lifting this time? curious how many of the first payers already knew you from that.
@aitordri the sock puppets part is what got me too. a bad PR you can review, but fake people leaning on the maintainer is much harder to defend against.
