@OctopusEnergy I accidentally cancelled a wrong direct debit and ive set it up again for this month, ive recieved a letter to make a payment by the 12th but I cant do anything until the 24th when my direct debit it set, what can I do here?

@tfwrail please can you put seating back on your bargoed platform, the only seating area is controlled by the local taxi service and they dont always open the room so when trains are cancelled and you have a wait theres nowhere to sit.

@tfwrail i seem to be having difficulty with your app this morning, ive been trying to buy 2 train tickets for wednesday and thursday. The money has now come out of my bank but the app didn't show the payment completing and said something about an issue. How do I fix this?
