There’s so many things at play here.

Yes, the raised a’s and disappearing g’s.

But most of it is unique mannerisms and that’s why it’s “a flashpoint”.

Also the internet is mean and set up to seize on such things. Shocker.

They had to lean into it. She has to be herself. But this line of discussion did not help her candidacy. The energy is on the issues and the labels and her campaign has been missing that focus in part because it was a traditional Dem transfer style race. The establishment’s attempt to do another Stabenow to Slotkin. That was fine as recently as 24 months ago.

The turnout universe has to change for her to lose but Trump has been doing that for years now. That’s what I’m watching.
