@binance @BinanceHelpDesk , I signed up yesterday as a new customer only to have a block put on my account for deposits when using my cards. After going back and forth with customer support for 4-5 hours to confirm that the card I was using is actually mine, I finally managed to deposit funds. However, when I attempted to transfer some funds to a different account, I then received a "withdrawal ban." Again, after another round of back-and-forth messages with on-site support and excessive wait times, I was informed that my account is under review and that I should expect feedback in 30 days, who waits 30 days! You were quick enough to accept my funds, but as soon as I want to withdraw them, it becomes an issue. Please look into this—I want access to my funds!
