बिहार में बहुजनों को उनका पूरा हक़ और अधिकार दिलाने के लिए आज हमने ऐतिहासिक ‘अतिपिछड़ा न्याय संकल्प पत्र’ जारी किया है। इसमें 10 ठोस संकल्प हैं -

1. आरक्षण की 50% सीमा बढ़ाने के लिए पास कानून को 9वीं अनुसूची में शामिल करने के लिए भेजेंगे।

2. पंचायत-नगर निकाय में आरक्षण 20% से बढ़ाकर 30% होगा।

3. सभी प्राइवेट कॉलेज-यूनिवर्सिटी में आरक्षण लागू होगा।

4. नियुक्तियों में "Not Found Suitable" जैसी व्यवस्था खत्म होगी।

5. अतिपिछड़ा वर्ग की सूची में सही प्रतिनिधित्व के लिए कमेटी बनेगी।

6. SC/ST/OBC/EBC के आवासीय भूमिहीनों को जमीन मिलेगी (शहर: 3 डेसिमल, गांव: 5 डेसिमल)।

7. प्राइवेट स्कूलों की आधी आरक्षित सीटें SC/ST/OBC/EBC बच्चों को मिलेंगी।

8. ₹25 करोड़ तक के सरकारी ठेकों में 50% आरक्षण SC/ST/OBC/EBC को।

9. अतिपिछड़ों के ख़िलाफ़ अत्याचार रोकने का कानून बनेगा।

10. आरक्षण देखने के लिए प्राधिकरण बनेगा, सूची में बदलाव केवल विधानसभा करेगी।
