With funding from @EUinUG, yesterday we held a memorial prayer at St Paul Chapel in memory of people who perished during the 1979, 1981-1996 conflict in Odramacaku, Arua District. Issues around reconciliation initiatives, forgiveness & compensation were shared by the survivors
