Finished my first glass project, a little leaded panel. A few wobbles on the leading but I'm happy with the result. My soldering technique got better by the time I did the back! Looking forward to my next piece 🙂 #leadlight #stainedglass #stainedglassart

@amasinton Forgot to say with the cusps, they are basically just extruded out from the outline to make a corner, then bevelled to get the big inner curves

Bit of blender practice today, starting to get the hang of modelling without the gizmos #Blender3d #3D

@amasinton get the inner curves, then I just cut around them on the panel and snapped it all together so it was seamless. This was just a low poly, probably would be a lot more complicated if I was trying to sub-d it, plan was to throw a rounded edge shader and test baking it down 2/2

Sad to say I’ve come to the end of my traineeship with @HistEnvScot at @HESEngineShed, it’s been a great year with a lot of opportunities! I’ve had the chance to work on some great projects and visit amazing sites, can’t wait to be able to show off the work I’ve done next year!
