I am completely fed up with you. An unknown charge was taken from my account in foreign currency (Thai Baht) on the 30th March, without any active or unpaid bookings on my https://t.co/5jhGyI0S7J account and I have chased this since then with your customer service.

4 week after this unknown charge leaves my account, I receive an email from https://t.co/5jhGyI0S7J acknowledging that their database was breached. This explains the unknown charge. Your system is porous which does not inspire confidence.

I see no way through your Customer Service. I have lodged a complaint through your website but I didnt even receive an acknowledgement. So I have no confidence it will change anything.

I have supplied all the required documents including bank statement to show the charge, but this has not made any difference. Instead I get asked to supply the same documents over and over. The agents too sound helpless and clueless.

This is unacceptable.

Where do you get this unwritten code of misconduct from - to treat passengers (who paid for their tickets) on the basis of the passport they carry.

Why not stop carrying people or races that you are unwilling to cater for when you mess up!

I took a flight from Winnipeg to Newcastle. My flight got to Newcastle but was turned back to Paris. We were promised a hotel on getting there. We got there and everyone was offered a hotel including those without visa except me because I carry a Nigerian passport passport. i
