The coastal road is only passing through the coastal fronts in Lagos and Ogun.
Beyond that, it becomes a usual inland road that will join the east west road.
This is really commendable. We thank President Tinubu for opening up the economy of Lagos with the national budget.

Before H.E Peter Obi leave PDP to Join Labour Party in 2022. He made unforgettable remarks to the PDP bot members.
What he said made everyone to get more worried about Nigeria.
Because of Bola Tinubu, we will be remembered as the greatest error and shame of the Yoruba race.

A king is not valued in his own home. If you have agreed to sell out, we stand united behind Mr. Peter Obi.
Mr. Peter Obi made APGA what it was in Anambra, he endeared us all to the party and because of his governance style APGA won the governorship election in Imo state in 2011 with Gov. Rochas Okorocha, won in Abia in 2015 with Gov. Alex Otti (which was stolen), and was on course to becoming a truly regional behemoth, but it appears questionable characters have now taken over the party and will see to its demise.

There’s a reason Tinubu chose him as Works Minister.

Hassan Has Dropped Another Piece Of Evidence. He Was Nearly Caught While Making This Video. The Most Frustrating Part Is That Despite The Numerous Videos And Pieces Of Evidence He Has Released, Nothing Appears To Have Been Done About It. Imagine Taking Such Risks To Expose The Truth, Yet The DSS And The Government Remain Silent. No Arrests. No Clear Public Response. Nothing. How Much More Evidence Is Needed Before Action Is Taken? What a Country. 🇳🇬💔
🚨 FELLOW NIGERIANS, STOP SCROLLING. THIS TINUBU FBI CASE JUST GOT VERY INTERESTING.
Aaron Greenspan - the American journalist who filed the FOIA case - sat down publicly with a Channels anchor in an exclusive interview and explained the case so far.
And some of what he said?
WOW.
Let me break it down.
1️⃣ TINUBU’S LAWYERS SAID HE WASN’T IN POLITICS IN 1993.
Greenspan says a filing submitted on Tinubu’s behalf told a US federal judge that Tinubu:
➡️ Had never been in politics in 1993
➡️ Had never held elected office that year.
Greenspan says that is simply not true.
Why?
Tinubu was elected to the Nigerian Senate in 1992.
And Greenspan says Tinubu’s own autobiography confirms it.
So, the question is:
How does a sitting Nigerian President end up telling a US federal judge something that his own biography allegedly contradicts?
2️⃣ THEN IT GETS EVEN CRAZIER. 🤦🏽♀️
Greenspan says the brief may have been written using AI.
Why?
He says the document contains other errors, including incorrect quotations from court cases.
If you ask me, it's the same sloppy way they treat the affairs of the country, that's showing up in the case brief😏
And then he says:
“It’s possible that ChatGPT simply didn’t know that he was a senator in 1993.”
Imagine using AI to prepare a legal argument before a federal judge and the AI gets the basic political history of your own client wrong.
If that is what happened, who checked the filing before it was submitted?
3️⃣ THEN THERE IS THE PRIVACY ACT.
Greenspan says Tinubu’s lawyers relied on the US Privacy Act.
His argument?
The Privacy Act applies to US citizens.
And Greenspan says his understanding is that Tinubu is not a US citizen.
So, why was the Privacy Act being invoked?
That is another question for the court.
4️⃣ NOW HOLD ON… BECAUSE THIS ONE IS VERY, VERY INTERESTING. 👀
This may be the biggest question Aaron Greenspan raised in the entire interview.
And I want Nigerians to understand exactly why he thinks there might be a fourth case.
Greenspan says he has identified THREE separate cases connected to the same drug ring.
CASE 1:
A 1992 criminal case involving people connected to the drug distribution network.
CASE 2:
A separate criminal indictment involving Abiodun Agbele - which Greenspan says remains sealed.
CASE 3:
The 1993 civil forfeiture case involving Tinubu.
This is the $460,000 case Nigerians already know about.
Now here's where it gets VERY interesting.
Greenspan says:
There could be a FOURTH case.
A separate criminal case involving Tinubu himself.
But before anybody runs with that:
Greenspan is NOT saying that case exists.
He says:
“I’m not saying it exists. I’m saying it’s possible.”
So why does he think it's possible?
THIS IS THE PART I WANT NIGERIANS TO PAY ATTENTION TO.
Greenspan describes the underlying government investigation as being extremely detailed.
He says it didn't simply say:
“Something suspicious happened.”
He says the government documents allegedly laid out the crimes in detail.
He says they identified Tinubu, his wife and possibly his mother, discussed bank accounts and even included details such as the VIN number of Tinubu's Nissan.
In other words, according to Greenspan, investigators didn't just stumble across a name.
They investigated.
They gathered information.
They documented alleged conduct.
They followed the money.
And then…nothing publicly happened to Tinubu criminally!
That is what Greenspan finds difficult to understand.
His question is basically:
“You caught him and did nothing?”
He says the government appeared to have what he describes as “the bones for a criminal case.”
So, according to his reasoning, there are two possibilities.
Possibility 1:
The US government investigated everything and ultimately decided:
“We're not prosecuting this.”
Or…
Possibility 2:
There was another criminal case that we simply cannot see because it was sealed.
And if such a case existed, Greenspan says one possibility is that there may have been some kind of deal involving information or cooperation.
But let's be VERY clear:
He has no evidence that such a deal happened.
He says that himself.
So we are NOT saying:
“Tinubu had a secret criminal indictment.”
We are saying:
Greenspan is asking whether one existed.
And then there is another thing he finds interesting.
He says Nigerian government statements have consistently emphasized that the $460,000 case was civil.
And Greenspan agrees.
Yes. It was a civil forfeiture case.
But he says he has never heard Tinubu's team explicitly say:
“Bola Tinubu was NEVER criminally indicted.”
And THAT is what Greenspan says he is trying to uncover.
Because we already know, according to his account, that there was a sealed criminal indictment involving another person connected to the same drug investigation.
So, he is asking:
Was there also a sealed case involving Tinubu?
Maybe prosecutors decided not to proceed.
Maybe there was another sealed case.
Maybe there was some form of cooperation or deal.
These are possibilities - not established facts.
5️⃣ WHAT DOES GREENSPAN SAY TINUBU’S ROLE WAS?
This is another allegation that must be attributed to him.
Greenspan says Tinubu wasn't directly distributing heroin.
He says Tinubu’s alleged role was money laundering involving proceeds from heroin distribution.
6️⃣ AND THEN THERE IS THE SECRET FBI COURT SESSION.
The FBI made an ex parte, in-camera presentation to Judge Beryl Howell.
In plain English:
The FBI showed the judge something privately.
Greenspan couldn't see it.
He says he doesn't even know exactly what happened.
All he knows is that the government believes there is something so sensitive that he cannot hear it.
What exactly did they show the judge? 🤷🤷🏽♀️
We don't know.
And finally, for everyone saying:
“Greenspan and Von Batten are working together.”
Greenspan says:
NO.
He says he has never met Von Batten.
Never spoken to him.
Has no financial relationship with him.
And says he has no interest in Nigerian politics.
He says his interest is transparency in the US court system.
So now the plaintiff himself has spoken -the man whose name is actually on the case.
And he has raised some very serious questions.
We don't need to invent answers.
We just want to see the documents.
So, let's keep asking questions until we get the right answers

Bola Tinubu lied to the US Court.
Apparently, his lawyer had argued that Tinubu was not involved in politics as of 1993 and had never held elected office.
This argument was made before the judge hearing the matter between Aaron Greenspan and the Joint Task Force that indicted Tinubu, which led to the civil forfeiture of US$450,000.
Aaron Greenspan had filed a FOI request seeking the release of the files relating to that case, but the President’s lawyers argued against the request, citing privacy concerns.
—Aaron Greenspan himself made this known in his interview with Laolu Akande
