@nationaltrust I believe the etiquette books say milk first if the tea is made in a tea pot and milk last if the tea is made by steeping the tea bag in the mug. However, there is an art to making great tea which much more than milk first or last.

@sasha_smasher Wow such dangerous driving, while distracted ON THE PHONE, there is a reason using a mobile while driving is illegal. The type of car is irrelevant! There’s no excuse. Regardless of what car they drive, the driver would still be dangerous on the road. Glad they’ll be prosecuted.

@sasha_smasher So sorry this happened! I’m glad the cyclist was a not hurt any worse and is doing much better. Thank you for helping. I will never forget the driver who helped me when my bike broke on the side of the road, so I know you will never be forgotten either.

@CathAMClarke Ok to throw in my two cents. 3 is the way I use commas, and is correct. 2 adds clarity. However, there is a scenario i which 4 is also correct. Is the butter and milk 2 items or is the recipe calling for buttermilk? In which case despite space the commas in 4 are right.
