If you have a problem a micro-SaaS could solve, it might actually be easier ( and not only cheaper) to build it yourself.
This is where we are at today. Amazing and scary at the same time!
@adamlyttleapps Thanks so much for this, Adam! 🙏 I remember you (in one of your videos) suggesting launching free first to gather feedback, squash bugs, and optimize before introducing a paywall. Do you still feel that’s the best approach?
Opus 4.5 or Codex for planning in Cursor → Auto for implementation.
Deeper models for thinking, cheaper ones for typing. Works well and keeps costs down.
@theandreboso Sorry, but he told you he is locked in (no distractions) and you kept asking. 😂
I solved this issue by finding cofounders who do sales and marketing so that I can focus on the product.
Been using Cursor for a year. OpenSpec helped me adopt spec-driven development and ship better.
Clearer specs, less guesswork, fewer rewrites.
Huge kudos to OpenSpec.
Highly recommend trying it.
Got approached to sell my Google Play Developer account.
Not sure why — it only has one old app with 25k downloads from 5 years ago.
Seems odd. Anyone know what people even do with old accounts? 🤨
