You've got to get almost annoyingly serious about trusting yourself. You heard what you heard. You saw what you saw. You felt what you felt. Your body is speaking to you. Believe it.
I have gigantic fucking problem with anyone trying to tell me what to do or who i am and who I’m not. It actually triggers a viciousness in me. My identity is defined only by me and the choices that i make, nothing and no one else.
The fastest way to detect manipulation is to watch for people who push urgency without giving you time to think, so build a rule where you never agree to important decisions in the same moment they are presented, because time pressure is often used to bypass your judgment.
It takes courage & determination to maintain autonomy over your mind in a world of deception & conformity. Because you really need to fight for it. You need to have an unwavering solidarity with the truth, question the intentions of influences, & go against what's normalized.
Intuition is a greater mentor than everything else, because logic can be manipulated, observations can be distorted, and signs can be fabricated. but intuition remains incorruptible.
I keep my distance from delusional people who rewrite reality just to feel better about how they did me. I don’t argue with distorted narratives or entertain selective memory. It’s easier for them to reshape the story than to sit with their own guilt and accountability.✍️

Working out has you feeling weak while its really making you strong.
Learning something new makes you feel dumb while it's making you more intelligent.
Your ability to attain the thing that you want is directly correlated with how willing you are to experience its opposite. You have to be ok with being uncomfortable to truly achieve success!

Do not talk about discernment if you cannot recognise when someone needs compassion more than criticism and correction. There is a time to guide and a time to simply hold space for a person who is hurting. Wisdom knows the difference. And kindness knows it even faster.
