From CRE Broker to CRE Owner
This is a thread for CRE brokers interested in growing their biz:
I made $9,954 as a broker in 2008 and 2x each year for 7 years.
This enabled me to become an owner
Here is what I did:
@stillwell How do you attempt to solve this problem? Is it simply distance from the prime location define cheap real estate to build? Or is that subsidy from the state?
This is prob obvious to everyone else. It hit me recently.
Business = people + trust.
Not about me.
Let ppl know you CARE and are THERE. Serve their needs.
