Urban company happily loses customers but doesn’t agree for the deducted advanced money for one service to be used for another service.
Their helplines are so robotic that they only say “this is not possible” “we can’t do it sir”

I booked a service with advanced payment but after 2-3 hours, I no longer needed it, I tried to cancel, they said there will be cancellation charges, I asked them can this money be used for another service that I needed at that time.

They just said “not possible”, “can’t do” etc
