The @cityofarvada gave millions to a private investor to build a beer garden. They sold the property to them at a discount, demolished the site for them and then paid for the outdoor patio. The city has no ownership in the property as a result of the use of our tax dollars. According to this article this is common practice. Yet they cry over budget cuts and not having enough money.
