@sandrabrauer_HH#CommunityManagement, like many things in life, is an art. It's something anyone can learn. Yes, some people come naturally to it. The twist: #cmgmt is simply "being human" (credit @caremjo). The skill is knowing *how* to use our social nature as humans to bring people together.
It was a true pleasure to work with @GreweTobias on the #digitalezusammenarbeit (digital collaboration) learning guide. His sketchnotes give life to an otherwise text-heavy document.
