@dish_answers 30 minutes of this call was on hold. Finally cancelled service and still being charged for a service I haven’t used in 3 months.

If you cancel DISH Network, don't get sucked into the "just pause your service" scam like I did. I just received a bill for $181 because after 3 months they automatically restart your service and prorate your bill. Hold time to resolve is insane. Shame on you @dish @dish_answers

Beware DISH Network's "pause." It's a trick. Was on a $5/mo pause and just received a bill for $181. Receiver has been unplugged since July and still got charged. Called to resolve and zero help. Glad I'm gone. Shame on you @dish.
