Russia attacks indiscriminately civilian objects. But they do not stop here and attack also medical facilities which enjoy special protection. The lack of medical services affects negatively both civilians, and wounded and sick combatants who no longer participate in hostilities.

The Council of Europe has raised the bar compared to the International Criminal Court which qualified the deportation and transfer of children as a war crime when issuing the arrest warrants against Putin and Lvova-Belova.

Brutal. The killing of a prisoner of war who is unarmed, in the hands of the adversary and not attempting to flee is a war crime. Simple, nothing further to discuss. Yet another iconic symbol of the Ukrainian bravery is this horrible war. Слава Україні!
