Argh @GWRHelp you have ruined my day and my life until June. You just forced me to change my password on the app and all my tickets from this morning and booked through May have disappeared Why? I can't afford to but them all over again Fix This Now! @RailOmbudsman@seatsixtyone
@GWRHelp@RailOmbudsman@seatsixtyone Ticket located in very old email! Don't suppose @gwrhelp can pay for the hour of work time I just lost to trawling through personal emails?
Sprinted the whole platform again at Kemble. The digital board at Kemble & GWR app had the opposite coach formation. Is the automated system unaware that trains leave Cheltenham spa facing one direction but then pull out of Gloucester facing the other direction? @GWRHelp

The first part was built between 1929 and 1935, while the second part was completed in 1956.
On a train from Kemble to Paddington with a seat for carriage H which in a 5 car train doesn't exist. Come on GWR if you know you are going to put on a 5 carriage train why sell me a mythical seat! Not only am I standing but I am going to lose 1.25 hours of work. @GWRHelp
Hello @GWRHelp I'm on the 7.41 from Kemble to Paddington and yet again it's 5 coaches not 9. This is now a very regular occurrence. I suggest that you advertise this service as a 5 car one and start saying that it has no reservations #manageexpectations@railandroad
