@HomeCentreIndia pathetic experience ordering online . Ordered on 21st Feb status changed to packed on 22nd Feb. And till 13th March no change . Repeated calls done to customer care and i was told on 2nd March items are not in stock and will reach warehouse on 7th March . Eventually had to call and cancel just to see they change things in seconds to show undeliverable and it was shipped. Disappointing

It's my first mahindra though the experience with car is great the service team is pathetic. My first visit was part of recall of thar roxx for fuel line change they delivered the car back late evening and next morning I find the tyre fully flat punctured ( pic1) . 2nd experience a month later a pebble hits the front glass. i asked the service team before sending the car if they had spares. The car is sent and an extra day is spent cause they don't have rain water sensors ( which they said they had) . I asked if they ll preserve the fast tag " yes sir we ll preserve and reapply no need to reissue" a torn fast tag is sent back and with major visible scratches in interiors of car @MahindraRise@Mahindra_Auto@Mahindra_Thar@autocar
Found a little glitch on the Thar Roxx bookings page . Myt effect timings of booking in different parts of country leading to undue advantage to some . Where can I share details and may be you guys can reward me with an early delivery 🙂.
